Win the 2 games we have in hand on Arsenal and we would just be 4 points behind them and have a game against them yet to play. It's a tall order I know but is within the realms of possibility (as are hell of a lot of other permutations to be honest).

But wouldn't it be great to beat them at their place on the penultimate weekend of the season to go above them, ideally with an Isak hattrick just to rub it in

And yes, Villa are still in the cup, they play Palace, Forest have City. I'm thinking Villa might be wishing that their goal difference was better, only +3, and with how tight it is for the champions league places that may well be their downfall
I like the cut of your jib Xamand.

Chelsea are on the beach. We will beat them. Forest are having a wobble, it is a test of character for them in the position of great pressure. We experienced it 2 seasons ago and handled it with great aplomb.

City will grind and make the UCL places. Pep will ensure that, KDB put on a master class in the last game to prove he's world class in his swansong for the club.

Villa look to have the upward momentum and will be in the mix. Their 2nd leg against PSG will be pivotal. Will they be gutted if they are KO'd? Will being KO'd focus them on the league and motivated them to get back to the UCL? Will Cashford down tools and head for the beach?

All that is interesting but, it's all in Newcastle United's hands. We want to be a top Premier League side, we want to win more trophies and titles. To do that we have to beat the best.

We play Brighton, Villa, Chelsea & Arsenal on run in. It's in our hands. Our midfield is the best in the league, no question. We have the best striker in the league. I'd say we have one of the best 2 or 3 managers in the League.

The boys want to be Champions League players, over to them to achieve that.
