The more difficult/nuanced the question, the more vague/ Pc/ out of date the answer, no better than, in fact apart from its apparent eloquence, worse than, Wikipedia. I see AI as an evolution we?ll exploit not a revolution that we?ll lose. But someone needs to finish inventing it first

Deepseek is, IMO, ChatGPT 0.4 with the original ChatGPT being 1.0

They use AI at the ticketing agency my wife works for. Feed it some basic info and ask for an email to send out. It comes up with one. If you're not satisfied with the tone you can ask it to make it more/less formal or more succinct or whatever you want. Last week 11 redundancies announced from the 40 staff currently there. It saves quite a lot of time and, of course, it's constantly learning and coming up with the desired result ever quicker.

The pace AI is moving at the moment has it, IMO, in the position where governments the world over are powerless to stop its rapid advance and it may spiral out of control, if it hasn't already gone past the point where we can put the brakes on it.
