As for football in general, I think it is so much more boring these days, most teams seem to play to a similar pattern, it’s become formulaic and the overwhelming desperation to get into the Premier League for the money has resulted in club owners having no patience with managers/HC’s if that promotion doesn’t come quickly enough for them. Just my opinion but I still maintain that the creation of the Premier League ripped the heart out of football.

Totally agree about the football. Personal feelings don?t come into business. Dike is on 30K a week so a decision needs to be made - will he rediscover the form on the basis why we bought him or if not sell him before he breaks down again. It?s bleeding our finances dry. Yes not Dikes fault but we can?t keep this up for another year and bringing in loans because of the situation.

I have heard a few say Wallace is a top pro - but sadly we don?t pay 20/25K a week for niceties just what can help us achieve our goals. Wallace is over the hill and personally in his last year I would get the most out of him as a squad player as for sure - nobody else will pay that level of wage.

Did I feel sorry for Mowbray losing his job over the average guy who needs the salary to feed his kids? I feel for the average guy more as Mowbray will leave with a couple of million and have zero money worries.

That said - I do like Mowbray and money can?t buy an awful illness or cancer cure so I wish him and his health all the best.

Swift and Grady need to get off our pay role quickly and for the love of me - still can?t fathom why Mowbray played them unless of course it was tactical to get the sack.
