    Agreed. Once our season is over will be the time for the Bros. to make their decisions, not while we're still trying for promotion.

    I think if Maynard takes us into the play-offs then his job is pretty safe going forward into next season. If we somehow managed to finish outside the play-off zone then the owners might well consider his position, but a play-off place is a clear and tangible improvement on last season, whatever questions may still exist around style and entertainment value.
