Here's the permutations as simple as I can make it.

If Notts win, they finish 3rd-5th:
If Bradford lose and Walsall don't win, Notts finish 3rd
If Bradford lose and Walsall win, Notts finish 4th
If Bradford don't lose and Walsall don't win, Notts finish 4th
If Bradford don't lose and Walsall win, Notts finish 5th

If Notts don't win, they finish 5th-6th:
If AFC Wimbledon don't win, Notts finish 5th
If AFC Wimbledon win, Notts finish 6th

Its incredible how completely sh!t weve had to be to avoid automatic promotion this season. And yet we are still in with a chance.

About 50 years since we last won promotion on the last day of the season at home so I would certainly take it.

Given the way League Two has gone this season, the script would surely be for us to go up third, given the mental nature of the whole season.

Based on current form, I wouldn't be that surprised if Bradford failed to win and Walsall somehow sneaked it by finally winning a game, but can't see Bradford losing. They've lost the fewest home games in the league and have the best home record.

Would be a strange feeling if we end up playing Bradford in the final again. Especially strange for Mark Stallard - who of course scored for them that day.

Bradford are likely to win their game anyway, we "buggered it up" against Salford, that was when automatic promotion went for me.

Had we won against Cheltenham, we'd be in the driving seat right now

Last week blows the mind. If Bedeau doesn't hit the post and scores, I think we go up
