I think the reply you have given is intended as a witty one liner, and it made me smile. However the point being made is how will DFC be able to pay the rent on a stadium that might cost upwards of ?30m?
If Aberdeen put their proposals on hold because of economic uncertainty, what makes the fans who support the building of the stadium, belive that our club can afford it.

A Dee4life Director with experience in this field stated at the Dee4life in November 2023 that the commercial annual rent for the new stadium at Campy Nou would cost more than the current Dundee Football Club annual turnover. The Dundee Football Club annual turnover for the year ending 31st May 2023 was three million, two hundred thousand pounds.
If full planning permission is granted for the whole of the new stadium development at Campy Nou I expect Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited to sell the site to a pension fund or hedge fund to develop the site including building the new stadium and charge a commercial rent to repay their outlay as soon as possible.
