    No, my point is that Maynard is a good coach but there has been a disconnect in the back end of the season. SM has contributed to some of that, but some contributing factors that have been totally out of his control.

    I think the biggest thing he needs is an outside voice or two, the kind of figures that might give him a different perspective on a few things to support him.

    I can see and understand the sensible arguments from both sides, but Im not buying into the clueless and worst manager ever stuff.

    What have you seen that makes him a good coach ? A good coach is pro-active, and always looking for ways to improve results. We dont have, or have not seen any of those qualities with Maynard.. Perhaps you have arrived at your conclusion by listening to his after match reports. Only those who are gullible would believe that bullsh*t
