    Mal, I watched the game on YouTube and thought that, although we scored four goals, we missed some fairly easy chances and there was quite a lot of players who were reluctant to shoot, even when they were in decent positions.
    Having said that, we were definitely the better side and I was quite impresses with Balogun who made some really good runs and was alaways looking to receive the ball.
    You have to bear in mind too that this was the game following the semi-final defeat at QPR. Good result and now it will be down to Bournemouth for the Play-off game. Good luck to them all. Great to read about your meeting with Andy Farrell and Jack Cork who can both be considered as true Clarerts.

    Balogun has signed a new contract though it is only for one more year.

    Yes you are right about the reluctance to shoot- just like our first team on occasions. There were more goals to be had ,if someone would have only pulled the trigger. I couldn’t understand it, as Cardiff were not very good at all. Balogun stood out for me, like he did for you, and maybe he’ll make the grade.Lets see what happens after the game down on the South coast.
