I'm sure Matt will know the time offered to our Centre Halves has passed and an announcement will follow soon. I also doubt very much that he will want to announce bad news, if there is any, until he's acquired two replacements.

Put it this way, it will filter out either way soon probably announced on here first , as you only have to see Scum's earlier post about who's already signed in the management staff. Things are never kept a secret at the NYS and nothing like way back when Mark Robins was our Manager and we as fans got to know feck all until anyone was rolled out as a new player etc.

They do Grist...........they weigh up all their options,which is exactly what we would all do. Having said that,we had already signed about 7 players this time last year which,in hindsight,should have sounded the alarm bells.
