Seeing as this thread has resurfaced, finally Starmer has done something useful.

I wonder if gammon will be cheaper?

I must have missed the headline of Starmer resigning

He'll be re-signing some Brexit accords soon - on more favourable terms.

Starmer is an anti British Judas.

I signed up for them under some sort of misplaced support and they were woeful and not the cheapest at the time either. Moved on to somewhere that had full IT systems in place.

And talking of vanity projects, whilst vehicles are still having wheels, tyres, suspension damaged on potholes the vanity projects of posh cycle lanes, now on Porchester Rd, continue. Where else? And has anyone seen anyone other than electric scooters on one? Where do emergency vehicles go now all the width of the road has been removed?

Starmer has been everything I expected. A complete wash out with zero charisma and even less political nous.
I won?t be voting but expect an absolute Reform land slide in the next election. If folk think Trump is bad? wait until we see what our next PM does.
The UK is a laughing stock in the political world.

The capture of Singapore resulted in the largest British surrender in history. Lieutenant-General Arthur Percival under a flag of truce negotiated the capitulation of forces in Singapore, 15 February 1942.

Sorry Arthur ! Your record just hit the fan, but never mind , your Grand Children can use the "E" Gate now . Fish suppers might become a bit tricky though

Cheap frothy gammon appears to be in abundance today.

I can't believe Starmer has gone and made trade easier with our biggest trading partner. Talk about selling us down the river and ripping up all the hard work of de Pfeffel.

He's even made it easier for young people from the UK to move to the EU. People didn't vote Brexit for young people to have a better life, what a utter betrayal.

I'm sure the opportunity for British youngsters to become Romanian goat herds, or Bulgarian lead miners will assuage some of the anguish of redundant fisherman in some of Britain's coastal towns.
