Best possible result for us as a competitor for players.
A great result for football in general.
The dragon as well and truly been slain.

With the last fixture at home to Villa & Spurs at home to Brighton. I can see Spurs win that one with their tails up, bringing the trophy home to the fans and they'll be well up for it whilst Brighton, still in the hunt for a European spot admittedly, won't manage to get the win away. Even a draw and a Filth loss to Villa see the Cowardly Whites jump the swamp dwellers on GD.

Delightful! Finishing 17th, no Europe at all. The luck has run out, all backdoors are closed, the chickens are home, feet up, cup of tea in beak, roost mode ON!

Looks like Delap won't be joining unless they throw another ?75k a week at him.
It's clear that Cunha 'really believes in the project' at the swamp. Project Pound Note. The money grab saga continues.

Delightful to see, enjoy it lads and lasses. Long may it continue!

Dunno if anyone else has seen the 'Saeed Bingo' series LB the City fan does. It's genuinely hilarious. Enjoy!

I would guess Man Utd may have to revise their new stadium plan. And without Euro footy will fall foul of PSR.

They have no saleable assets in their squad, and need a total rebuild.

Amorim will be too expensive to sack. Like their players, the unproven one will be on a huge wage as they stole him from under their noisy neighbours noses

They put their eggs in to one basket this season, and it has not paid off.

They wanted the Glazers out all this time, one thing they cannot deny is that they invested heavily in the squad.

They got their wishes partly answered when the Rat came in? and took over control of exactly that part of the business, and took date has only been culling staff and wages. I just don?t see him signing of the investment in the squad that the team clearly needs.

And if the squad doesn?t suit the managers style of play, and they are not going to invest in the quality of player that the manager needs, and the manager is too stubborn to actually do his job and adapt his tactics to suit the tools he has available, then it is a repeat of the last season for me.

So pleased Spurs won this! Hopefully it will keep their eyes off the league next season too
