    Was at the Cambridge game when he made his debut, and even though we lost with Bruce's unfit dross, his experience and reading of the game was obvious.

    That experience was ***** in staying up and convincing other players to join at a very uncertain time. He was the modern day (and England international) version of Brian Kilcline under Keegan and will always be fondly remembered. I also hope he has one more year left in him with us but understand if he needs to move on or the club think his time is up.

    I think there's a job for him to do here initially in the squad for at least a season, if only coming off the bench.

    But eventually i think he would develop into a good coach under E.H., perhaps beginning with the youngsters and working with the lads coming through to prepare them for the first team.

    In short he would be good at this club for many a season.

    Yes. He is the Brian Kilcline in this revival. Hes been instrumental in our recent success - what a great player.
