Is it wrong for anyone to state (in your words only because we have no proof that it ever happened) 'a pack of lies' about you but perfectly acceptable for you to do the same about another? Because that's how this latest rant of yours reads. You've written a pack of lies about an individual who always did his best for the association he was a senior member of but who now gets abuse from you for doing his best.

I expect your email to K. R. might have contained a form of very reluctant apology but in all honesty your failure to issue this apology publicly, on here, after slating the guy so publicly, on here, paints a picture of a very bitter and twisted individual.
I never forget people who cross me.
At the Player of the Year dinner which was first ever Player of the Year dinner I had attended I was told by a DSA member that every DSA affiliated supporters club had received an email advising that any of their members attending the Player of the Year dinner in May 2019 not to attempt to speak to John Nelms or ask him any questions otherwise they will be asked to leave the dinner.
John Nelms sat beside Kenny Ross throughout the dinner but Kenny Ross disputes that.
You need to remember that the Player of the Year dinner in May 2019 was held the day after the disastrous 2018-19 season ended resulting in ous being relegated from the Premier League to the Championship.
During the 2018-19 season Neil McCann was sacked as the manager with Jim McIntyre being appointed by John Nelms as the new Dundee FC manager. Billy Dodds was to become Jim McIntyre?s assistant manager despite Billy Dodds being Public Enemy No 1 amongst the Dundee FC supporters as a result of Dodds voting against the CVA in January 2011. If the vote had not reached the required 75% majority Dundee Football Club Limited would have gone into liquidation.
On the plus side we would have never heard about Tim Keyes and John Nelms.

The pics included the former player guests and also the interim manager James McPake to prove the correct year, but he wasn't having it saying, "You were sitting next to John Nelms and there was no sign of Renee Nelms at the dinner so I reckon that you have enclosed the wrong photographs in your email". I sent him proof and can do no more except move on.
He also complained about a bar of DFC chocolate that he won in the raffle was close to being out of date. (We had over 50 prizes in the raffle to make sure every table won at least one prize and the chocolate was donated by the club shop with a host of other things).
The rant continued about the letter from Nelms and that he wants a public apology and I suggested he let it go and move on.
You sent me four photographs not six.
The 2018-19 Player of the Year dinner was the last dinner before the Covid lockdown with next one being in 2023.
I stand by my comments regarding the 2018-19 Player of the Year dinner but there is no point trying to battle with you because according to his latest email you work for Dundee Football Club.

Did you or did you not ask me who appointed me as club historian? There are two articles posted on the club website that I wrote

I apologise - two photos maybe didn't upload but four should have been enough to prove to you i was wrong. I did also subsequently send you a link to every picture from the 2018/19 dinner

No sure how I crossed you. I'm not sure I have even ever met you.

I didn't sit next to Nelms - I sent you proof of that

Every photo from the 2019 POY dinner can be seen here https://www.facebook.com/DFCDSA/photos_by
You can see Nelms sitting next to Jim Thompson and his wife and you can see me sitting next to Alan Rough, Jacqui Robertson and Davie Craig.

Actually, you'll find the email sent to clubs asked clubs to refrain from heckling Jim McIntyre who was due to attend before he was sacked. We didn't want a hostile atmosphere, and it could have been a nightmare.

So again, your facts are wrong.

Whatever you perceive that I have done to cross you, you've made it clear that by making up lies, you were somehow trying to get revenge.

If I have crossed you and you're upset about it stop sending me emails about Luke McCowan's sale, the LC 50th dinner, your letter from Nelms, watching games on SKY Sports, people voting for POY in the Courier, questioning my qualifications, your wife working for NCR, the Jack Hendry sale, Scot Gardiner, loans to FPS and Dark Blue Property Holdings, your first ever home game - all in the last 12 hours.

I actually feel sorry for you

I'll believe Kenny Ross, a man with no axes to grind, over you, a bitter and twisted old man with multiple grudges against anyone who dares to disagree with your views, if that's OK

    An agitator.

    Not welcome here anymore.

Banned for the staffs sake and his sanity.

    Not a nice man.

    Glad he left.

Thats some of the things said about you. A pattern developing, but you can’t see it.

I believe that DSA and Dee4life don't see eye to eye.

That's not 100% correct but even if it is it doesn't mean any member of these organisations needs to take any perceived grudge outside and onto these forums. That seems to be what Islay's done here, certainly from my reading of it.

He’s one of the reasons behind the relationship breakdown between Nelms abd Dee4life.

    Its never recovered.
