So we could seriously have the situation later this year where Trump's tariffs are just gone, while all the reciprocal tariffs other countries have put up are still in place, and his "government" is in the brilliant position of having to politely ask for those to be removed, without so much as a whiff of a bargaining chip or a stick... and asking this of a whole slew of governments and countries they've just offended and p'd off.

I'm sure his supporters will say this is all part of his grand master plan. Including the recession that will be announced at the end of this quarter.
I also was expecting this. It is for congress to set taxes and tariffs not the President. But when you look at the things Biden was doing in contravention of the Constitutional powers it is a common issue with abuse of powers from both sides.

For a day. Like every other high profile legal case he?s lost, he?s won it on appeal.
He knew the lower judiciary had been stacked with left wing, activist judges, so was prepared for this.

Nothing to see here, move on.

Leave Biden?s family and associates out of this. It?s a thread about Trump.

This decision was made by three judges, one appointed by Reagan, one by Obama and one by Trump. Left leaning?

Trump has lost a TONNE of high profile cases that he did not subsequently win on appeal. His "the 2020 election was stolen" rampage had something like 100 lost cases.

What was Biden doing that contravened the constitution? And why wasn't it challenged in court if so?

Doesn't stop him still claiming it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the higher courts back him. Can't see those three judges having their jobs for long either.

He hasn't even begun any appeal process yet.

I have ceded Ukraine and Canada/Alberta before?

I think I have been quite clear and consistent in all such matters. I have always maintained that I believe people should have the right choose for themselves. If they feel that they are really Russians trapped inside Ukrainian bodies, or Yankees trapped inside Canadians, etc., then let them be Russians and Americans respectively. Is that not the liberal order of the day, to allow people to self identify? What the hell skin is it off our backs if Albertans prefer to be Americans? Ought we to beat them into submission if they think they would be better off under a different flag?

It would be like the people of the UK choosing Brexit in a nation wide referendum, and then the revolving door government of the day ignoring the will of the people by signing agreements that effectively wipes out what the people chose.

And yet that is consistently what the west does. We claim to be democracies, and yet whenever the peoples vote yields a result that our masters do not like, they use whatever means necessary to cancel the results. Why should I kill or die to protect and coddle such lunacy?

Dont forget, any judge who rules against Trump automatically becomes a left wing activist in the minds of people like our friend here.

In his big Ladybird book of government and politics, he hasnt yet reached I for independent judiciary yet.

so are you a Russian or a MAGA trapped in a Canadian body?

not going to feed the troll beyond this, but even your equivalency is dumb and duplicitous. The realistic UK comparison would be if 30% of Yorkshire voted to become Pakistani and invited in Pakistani troops to protect their claim while they separated from the UK cuz any vote is democracy duh. Makes total sense to me.
