If only we had some sort of agreement with our near neighbours to return the boats to France. 'We knew what we voted for'

The Brexit party don't want to fix this problem (their dear leader doesn't even turn up to votes about immigration) they only want to exploit it so they can dupe the poorly educated to giving them their vote (again).

Up to the end of last year, Asylum applications in Ireland( EU state) had risen by nearly 300% compared to the same period five years ago. However, only 129 of 139,000 ?irregular? immigrants are confirmed to have since left the state. .As Ireland, not unreasonably, is still in the Dublin agreement ,as well as the EU , perhaps the grass on the other side was not as green as we remember

That's not people coming across in small boats to Ireland though is it? How many of those 139,000 came directly from another EU member state? I would suggest relatively few.

It seems to me that the poorly educated are those that don't accept that there's a problem.

Brexit Party? Does that exist? Or were they once the Whigs?
