You're probably right, but 21 goals in 45 games without injury , and promotion ( admittedly from a pretty low level), does seem a bit of a transformation. Who knows?

We need to revamp our attack. If Cal Roberts played 45 games last season, I think I?d take a punt. The lad from Carlisle also did well there. Scored 6 in 14 I think after joining in Jan. I don?t see either of them as ?wing backs? or 10s though but in a 4231?? Would be good options in my opinion.

Yes from me, bags of ability and has probably matured on and off the field.

I'm not sure Roberts' body can keep up with the physical aspects of league 2 football. Fantastic footballer but sadly made of glass

Carlisle fan here, You've got a decent player if Dennis signs for you lot, pacey, strong and knows where the back of the net is. Only played 14 games for us but got 6 goals during that time, and was forging a decent partnership with Kelly towards the end of the season. But being a Southern lad it was always likely we were going to lose him, and now especially after we signed Regan Linney from Altrincham.
Oh, and he was never injured when he was here!

Based on what Maynard did? Williams played similar but it seemed the wing backs were more wing than backs? we have no idea what the new (wo)man will do..
