I also think Mainoo's a really good player. Whatever has gone on there has made his form fall off a cliff.

Whoever buys him could be-potentially-be buying one of the best English midfielders around.

Unless, of course, he does a Kalvin Phillips...

I?d have him here in a heartbeat.
He?s got bags of potential, and if he delivers on it he could be one of the best English midfielders in a few years time.

The fact is would be a blow to Man Utd fans to lose him to us would make it admittedly sweeter, I could see him becoming a real player in the Tonali mould as he matures.

He's been living rent free in Lewis Miley's back pocket since the cup match. I guess he could become good. Only reason he made the England team and not the U-21s is because he's a Filth player. No other reason, certainly wasnt based on performances.

I object to giving those scumbags a single red cent. They'd no doubt value the lad at 30m more if we enquired. If they want 80, he'd be 110m quid to us.

Adnan Januzzi and all the other filth academy players of modern times all flop. Rashford isn't even close to as good as people make him out to be. 1 in 3, 1 in 4 striker.

Don't be fooled by the hype!

I still think Mainoo has all the attributes to become a top player, last season he turned up with more muscle and was slower than before, he?s actually got a personal trainer to get into the right condition this summer? that speaks massively about the lads character.

TT summarised it perfectly with Mainoo + EH, the way Eddie develops players would be massive for a player that is self-committed to development.

On Mbeumo? looks like Man Utd haven?t even agreed a fee for him yet, so all the Man Utd fans celebrating him already is a bit early. If any of those fans say ?but he?s only got a year left on his contract? they are wrong? Brentford have the option to extend his contract by another year, so it?s one to keep an eye on because he?ll go for more than the 50m they seem to think they are buying him for.

Was he our top target? I think he probably wasn?t? I mentioned Howe?s comment about marquee signings would be an issue if they are already established players? so while we?ve had all this noise about him on social media for an long time as we know we need a RW, I?m not convinced he was ever Eddie?s top target given Eddie?s comment after the last match.

Transfer window has been open for a couple of days, no need to get upset about comments on social media when we know the club plays it?s cards close to their chest until we?ve landed them.

    Bummo alternative.

Karim Adeyemi. He turned 23 in Jan so great age haha
40m quid valuation, Dortmund accepted a transfer from Saudi to let the player go. So he's on the market. Ticks all of Howe's boxes. I think he's the smarter buy than Gittens!

Head to Head with Gordon. Karim is in Green. Gordon in Blue - basically identical.

He also plays both left, right & No.10/ss

I don?t understand players heading to Old Trafford.

Will Amorim last next season? Will he make you his scapegoat? Will he make have a strop when you call him out?

Looks like Mbuemo will get his ?250k a week at Man Utd.

We won?t match those wages but still worth putting in a ?70m bid? Just to jack up the price for them 😆

As for Mainoo. I think it would be great to have him and Big Joe in the squad.

He is still young and will get a lot more game time with us, as well as the Howe magic to improve him as a player.

250,000 reasons why players head to the swamp. After tax that's more than he would make gross with a salary matching Bruno, our top earner.

Will Amorim last next season? - I think he's probably battle through to the back end of the season before getting flushed with the rest of the turds into the Manchester Ship Canal.

Yep, let him make that big fat salary. 70million quid is insane. That's more than we paid for Isak.

When he starts to have an off period the filth patrol will turn on him like the have Garnacho. What does that say to Amad? He's been the only good player for the filth last season. Signing Bummo pretty much says "You're gonna be a substitute next season at best."

I'd throw in a cheeky 30m quid bid for Amad. Everyone's for sale at the swamp. I wouldn't want to give them a single pound coin but take that lad off them for a rock bottom price. Maybe.

Mainoo, I'm just not impressed. He's not better than Miley. Miley dominated him in every game in which they've faced each other. I dunno if he's a DMF, destroyer type. I thought he was seen as more of a creative 8 type. Might be wrong.

You make a valid point, the lad would come on leaps and bounds under Eddie.

Interesting take on things. This lad's quite new to the fan channel game but I rate is takes.

No doubt we'll be making 2 Tonali, Isak, Bruno level signings.

With a bit of luck we'll get Trafford done, or, that'll keep until next summer when Burnley get sent back down again. However, I think it would be better for him not to take a full season long hammering, confidence wise.

4th signing - RCB. If we can get Guehi done early doors then great but I can't be assed with another long drawn out Parish pantomime.

The One for the future is - Ait Boudlal: a 19-year-old Rennes centre-back

On the face of it that looks like a player. Will have to put on some youtube of this guy to see what the story is. Are the club sniffing do you know? Above the radar signings worry me but this looks like the kind of move we'd make. I like the flexibility he offers.
