My belief is if you dont rate/trust certain players as head coach / manager you aren't going to play them end of.
The down side to that is if he gets a player he doesn't like/trust then that is a waste of a wage and a squad position.
But I get the previous couple of posts about the modern manager and his requirement to be part of a team.
