Time to move to new board

I presume you are aware that to register for the *************** you have to provide credit/debit card details?, it says it is free but needs your card to verify your identity.
Sems a little odd & a certain risk as to where one's card details end up. Has anyone noticed that since the blackout this board has slowed down to dos promp pace.

Ive not seen anyone else mention this at all until now. Ill create a new test account to confirm and post back once done.
