I don't think Hojer can be seen in the same category as Maynard when it comes being a gamble. He would actually be a bit of statement appointment for Notts. Being entrusted to manage the u21s of an established footballing nation is nothing like coaching Wealdstone. Some of the players he's coaching, and many of those his team are playing against, will go on to play at the very highest level.

U21 coaches tend to be highly regarded and competent but also yes men, both of which would make him an appealing choice for the bros. Throw in the fact he's Danish and spent most of his coaching career at Viborg and it all adds up. The reason I'd doubt it is he might be looking to coach a club at a higher level than L2.
