Is that horrible hun mutant employed by the club?
Fined 3000gbp for John Browns 'corrupt' comment.
Club have told the SFA they will be 'watching them closely'.
Is that horrible hun mutant employed by the club?
He was commentating on their TV channel, but I have no idea if it is employed in any other capacity.
Could you imagine the sh*t we'd be in if we made a statement like that, or any other club?
When I read of the sh*t they spout, I really want to punch the hun apologist Milne.
Aye, we need a strong and stable 'Rangers" right enough.
Rangers will protest ... but ... speaking (texting) as a guy who is editor of a a publication and admin of a handful of fb sites ... the buck stops with the distributor! Should you in any way control the content of your output, you are liable for said content.
Should you repeat, or reprint anything legally challenged and present as your own stated view, as opposed to correctly presenting as quotes, or referencing source, you join 'the accused'.
The Rangers, by challenging SFA ... although seemingly attempting to distance themselves from Brown's statement, have in effect, doubled down in his defence... so are guilty in equal measure.
Rangers TV ( or whatever it's called) is owned/controlled by RFC ... or TRFC if you like.
The management of said broadcast channel is responsible for maintaining rigid standards common to all UK broadcast criteria.
Even within the seemingly unregulated online radio/video broadcast realm, there are laws covering hate speech, incitement and defamation.
To pose an analogy ...
If you are a pub landlord, and you welcome/entertain/serve punters who repeatedly/methodically engage in violence/intimidation, use illicit drugs etc ... you stand to lose your licence/pub/home.
So the whole idea of Der Hun declaring they are 'watching' is pure fkn 'Trumpism'.
Dare I say? ... it's time the refs fought back ... in courts of law. ... and the SFA support them in their efforts.
