Beat half a dozen clubs to get him according to clickbaitland.

Also seen posts claiming Agyemang will sign today.

Impressive stuff. We seem to have some serious intent.

It seems we are definitely in for him, but given its an international transfer it will take a while I think a figure of £5 million is mentioned.

    Didn't know Russell is Jamaican.

11 goals in 40 L1 games, from midfield, last season. Anything like that in the Championship would be massive.

Just to avoid confusion, the half a dozen comment was in relation to Russell.

Agyemang is said to be for sale at 7M USD which is 5.1M GBP at the current exchange rate. The new home kit will be unveiled on Friday, July 4th, US Independence Day. Will US inward investment be announced that day and we see Agyemang modelling the new home kit?

Heard the same rumour about the Agyemang/4th July unveiling, MA. Heard nothing about US investment but we do seem to be spending more freely.

I was referring to Agyemang, didn't make that clear!

I've enquired with my usual sources and they maintain that there is no new investment imminent. So either its being kept very quiet or it isn't happening soon. There is a substantial budget for transfers which is not dependent upon new investment at thsi stage apparently.
