Looks like the owner (major shareholder?) is trying to sack the board so that they can?t take the Club into administration. The problem with that is that to all onlookers Morecambe FC is trading while insolvent (they can?t pay their players) which is a criminal offence. Administration is EXACTLY what they should be doing.
