Have you checked these for accuracy botn? The management company say that they are simply upgrading the buildings to make space for more services, no doubt to make more from private rentals and that it has nothing to do with asylum seekers being housed there, now or in the future:

I read that Raging. But only yesterday one of the residents being evicted was saying he?s been told from the company asylum seekers will be moving in.
