    Best Summer signing.

Best signing by a country mile, the player ruined by two managers, Pep and Southgate. All Moyes has to do is tell Jack to forget the ****e rammed into him about keeping possession and playing it backwards or sideways, just go back to doing what he does best, running at defenders and putting the fear of god into them.

I still can't quite believe we went to the Euros without him.

Give him licence to play across the middle of the park and Grealish is about as good as you can get. You don't get calf's his size if you are $hit. I wish we had him.

I watched him last night BT.He did his usual bit of magic with the ball with little end product but after being tackled outside his own box just slowly got up and watched the opposition. He has lost his hunger BT.
Like many promising UK sporting talents, they hyped him up to such an extent a couple of years ago and placed him on a pedestal that the lad thinks he is a football god and Jack was always the sort to take his eye off the ball if allowed to.Pep wouldn`t stand for it so he was shut out.
I am afraid Jack will be another one of those that could have been.

The only thing that as ruined Grealish is Grealish. Grealish hasn't got the proper dedication to play at the highest level consistently, as he has proved from his antics over the years.

Everton could have put the wages to a better use than pissing it up the wall on showboater, who as little dedication to his profession.

Only my observation ballcock but Everton looked like a Dyche side with the same philosophy kick it big - long and hope Beto can win and get hold of it long enough to get Ndiy involved ( what I used to call one out football ).
Grealish the point of contention is used to
Playing with players who keep the ball and very rarely give it away cheaply- so they either change the way they play or games will pass him by as he’s not used to watching the ball flying over his head all the time.

As for Grealish himself I believe he’s a quality footballer (marmite yes ) but nevertheless quality and he’s at the moment between a rock and hard place club wise.

No slur on us or many other premiership clubs but he’s better than most in the league so I’d definitely have taken him at Burnley.

( the scenario reminds me of when we took Bamford and then kicked it over his head alm the time under Dyche ) again another quality footballer wasted in a wrong style football team.

He's played in around 450 games and he's not 30 yet, you don't play that many games for top clubs and coaches without at least a modicum of dedication. I don't know him obviously and he has got himself into some daft situations, but the journos who do know him say he's a good, sound lad, in fact one of the nicest people you'll meet in football.

I can't remember exactly who the Citeh player concerned was, but he was asked what Jack the lad is like as a teammate? The player replied, "He's 100% sound", when asked would he trust Jack with his sister he said, "Not a F*****g chance!"

It isn't about him being one of the lads or being sound, its about what he does on the pitch, and last season he did nothing. I honestly think he has lost his spark and will struggle playing in a poor Everton side
