It seems no-one here wants to have a sensible discussion but you appear to see things from a less blinkered perspective, so here's a question. You mentioned in a post a while back that (some of) your family and friends are feeling increasingly emboldened to be racist (in your judgement) etc in their comments. That suggests you consider them racist. Do you think they have BECOME racist over time, or do you think they have always been racist and the current climate has allowed them to be openly so?
