Martha & Kaleta are never wide players cut inside that's that loses momentum. Why not bring McGuckin on at half time on the right give us some width. Nothing worked today much. Need to get 2 fit centre backs for a start Baptiste for one.

That goal and this defeat lies firmly at Hamshaw's door, nowhere else. A complete failure in recruiting effectively for the system he wants to play.

Why are we still playing a back three with only one recognised centre half? We've looked vulnerable from crosses ever since Lenny got injured yet he still persists with it. Someone make that make sense.

We need an experienced and commanding central defender in that door before 7pm on Monday, as a minimum.

Well done Donny. Best team today. They gave us no space, took their one chance and hit the woodwork twice.
Stopped counting at ten the number of Cam's kicks that were headed back.
Plenty of huff and puff second- half, but let's be honest we were never going to score. Too many bad choices, passes etc.
Dear old Jase came close at the end, but no cigar. The goal we conceded was shocking Waiting to hear who this proper manager is, that we need.

Feel a bit down got to admit, hoping it wil get better I do agree we need some organisation at the back the type of goals we are conceding are very similar eg opposition are targeting our small defenders at the far stick, what’s annoying is if we are persisting with this back 3 thing as Heliosphan says above surely this should have been addressed before now we knew about Haks going in May, Humphries then went and we all know about the Raggett saga, if we are playing a back 3 we need a minimum FIVE specialist centre halves, NOT full backs who can play centre half now and again, I know MH only has a certain budget because Evans spent it all but it’s not like we didn’t know about this now we are scrambling about on the last day

Well, I’m not feeling totally deflated as I wasn’t expecting a win.
We had some decent spells, first 20 mins and most of the second half, but we are quite toothless in front of goal.
We give the ball away too much too.
When you look at our current injury situation then it’s hardly surprising the results and performances are going like they are.
Think we just need to not get too down, things will improve given time.

Take the positives, we got 4 more points than the blunts.
Hopefully we stay up and all local sides in same division next year.
    Keep the faith

Got to stop the hoofball to no one, it just comes straight back, law of averages says the opposition will eventually score and then we know that we won't.

Dawson has to be told to he's out, try the new lad. He's been a good shot stopper( thats all) but today he looked shockingly nervous.

Raggett now out for another 3 months................

Build up starts from the back and we look awful going forwards because of those players, and none of them can defend either.

The best parts of the match were when Martha and Kaleta had a chance to run at their defenders, while ever we play hoofball things will only get worse. At this point I want Russel Martin
    You want Russell Martin -

At this point I would want a Jack Russell, who's had some Bob Martin's, to give some bite.

I?m assuming the last point is sarcasm?

On the match, can we just realise that if we are not as hungry or committed as the opposition then we probably won?t win. That is on the manager. Sort it out Matt because I believe we have the players.

You can also blame Raggets injury on the Board and Management team. A player who has been out for that long was bound to get another injury if we flogged him to death. And that?s what they did - because they?re so tight and/or disorganised to get out there and bring in adequate cover.

TS speak out - sell up and go.

MH - I?m bored of your waffle and excuses. You?re out of your depth.

It wasn`t good, that`s sure, but isn`t time to slit your wrists yet.
If you play 4 or 3 at the back, that means you need either 2 or 3 CB`s,we have 2 at the minute,so to my mind, you make the best out of what you`ve got, which means 2 centre backs...Jules and new lad.
Maybe starting with Baptiste was too much of a risk given he only signed yesterday, but you play the players in their natural positions whenever you can,we are not good enough to do otherwise.
We do seem to have a habit of signing players who are made from balsa wood,Raggett being one, hopefully Benson and Spence aren`t the same,so just keep it simple and play players where they should be,which at the moment means 4-4-2 for me,as we have only 2 fit CB`s at the club, maybe when Lenny is back, then go back to 3-5-2.
The thing is we have 2 decent full backs, plenty of midfielders, and 3 strikers to pick from,so just go with what we have got until other players are fit.
And talk of sacking the manager is mental.
