I do not hate illegal immigrants, mein freund, but do you think that they are being processed as they should be? Definitley not and it is the government's job to ensure that they are.
However, the government is not up to the task and, with the current trend of people being allowed to work from home, the government will never be up to the task because people are not doing the jobs for which they are paid.
The Civil Service has gone beyond a joke these days and it would not surprise me at all to find that the recent leakages at MoD were carried out by people who have got jobs in the department without going through the necessary checks. They could be anybody and working for any organisation which is infiltrating our national security, such is the scale of things.

Never mind, let's blame the other nationalities who allow people to travel through on their way to Britain.
Those who rejoiced in Brexit are now finding out the hard way that it would stop Britain from sending people back to France, Belgium etc. because Brexit nullified this arrangement.
David Cameron knew what he was doing when he resigned after his defeat. It hasn't done him any harm, I don't see him fretting about what is happening in the country.
Get on with life because it ain't going to get any better. Those with the money will see that we plebs don't get much say in anything.

BREAKING: MEGA GAMMON MAGA Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy gets caught in a humiliating lie as he attempts to give Donald Trump credit for trains that President Barack Obama ordered into production.
Trump hates Obama almost as much as he wants to be him...
“[The trains are] a better experience for the American public,” Duffy said. "And again, that’s what we do, we serve the American people with great experiences and that’s what this is about today."
Duffy was visiting Washington D.C.’s Union Station, which Trump has seized control over as part of his ever-expanding fascist takeover of the capital.
Duffy praised Trump for Amtrak’s new high-speed trains as “part of @POTUS’ vision to Make Travel Great again.” The trains were actually ordered by Obama when he was still president and ironically enough Duffy, who was a Congressman at the time, voted against the bill that paid for them.
Obama signed the $2.4 billion investment into the cutting edge trains in 2016 and the 28 trains were funded through money from his 2015 $305 billion FAST Act. Duffy voted against that legislation. Because of the long timeline for designing, manufacturing, and then safety-testing trains, the are only just now entering service — which is why Trump thinks that he can take credit for him. As usual, he's assuming that his voters are too lazy, stupid, and gullible to do basic fact-checking.
What's more, the trains are also benefitting from President Biden's historic Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act because that bill pumped $66 billion worth of investment into rail, amounting to the largest funding boost for Amtrak since it began receiving federal funding roughly 50 years ago. $22 billion of that money went to repairs, replacements, and funding new projects.
When Biden was trying to pass the bill, Trump tried to torpedo it, proving that he cares far more about political wins than he does about improving the country.
Of course, lying to voters is nothing new for these MAGA politicians. It's their entire brand. They aren't interested in actually solving problems or improving the lives of voters, they're interested in bragging, taking credit, and then moving on to a new lie. It falls to all of us to call them out every single time they try it.

To me, a patriotic Englishmen, it's a magnificent sight, it lifted my heart and made my day. It seems the entire Burnley area is festooned with our national flag, To those wonderful people who have worked tirelessly to provide this magnificent display of national pride, thank you and god bless.

For those sad, peculiar people who find our national flag makes them feel uncomfortable, intimidated and threatened, stop being so bloody silly.

No wonder people looking out through hotel windows seeing Gammons, skinheads and balaclava wearing youths wrapped in our national flag, shouting obscenities makes them feel uncomfortable, intimidated and threatened. It's the Gammons who need to stop being so bloody silly.

Best estimate I can come up at present: As of early 2025, it's estimated that around 175,000 unauthorised arrivals were recorded between 2020 and September 2024. This figure includes people who entered the UK without permission—such as via small boats across the Channel—or overstayed their visas.

This not all Starmer's fault but he is seemingly incapable of stemming the flow. The Home Office will not provide actuals but it is acknowledged that in the UK we have over ONE Million undocumented people living amongst us.
