Don't be sorry, hope we all go through crap every day.
Now I can hardly go to the shops, like after 2 days in bed yesterday I had to go to the supermarket, which is like 500 mtrs, and on the way back, I was getting all heated up and started vomiting. Drs have put me on OZembic and the weight is slowly coming off, but it makes me sick and now constant headaches on top.
I'm not complaining, you take the good and the bad in life, and I hope once my weight comes down to what it should be, I can get off it and try to control my eating habits.
Anyway, never apologize as no one else knows what you might be going through.
