Let's face it Pocket, there is no leadership or direction from the top and that's been the case for quite a long time. TS is invisible and appears to have lost all interest.
Senior people at the club have been there for years and are too comfortable in their roles. They seem happy to keep their heads down and not create any waves.
We have been at NYS for 13 years and many of the commercial units that were built into the stadium remain empty and the Commercial Director and his staff seem incapable of rectifying the problem.
There are no initiatives to attract and retain the next generation of supporters. Meanwhile crowds are dwindling and those supporters that do bother to turn up are becoming increasingly disillusioned with the whole thing.
The mood would undoubtedly be lifted if the team went on a winning run (I hope it does) but that would only paper over the numerous cracks.
We are not in the same mess as that lot at S6 but there are some worrying similarities.
