I suppose the fairly low population of Swans would be an issue. One does worry if illegal immigrants up and down the country are eating Swans in their thousands then we could have another Dodo situation on our hands.

Based on the number of Swans and number crossing on small boats, then if uncle Nigels claims are true then they are probably due to be extinct by Tuesday.
