Wallace wasnt to blame for us conceding three today was he? Dont get me wrong, hes not what he once was, but thats what Mason has got to work with.

Im not saying there isnt learning for the gaffer each game but its typical fickle Albion fans to expect a win every match with an average squad.

Hes had a decent start irrespective of today’s result and fans need some perspective; he inherited a side that got pummelled nearly every game under Mowbray and couldnt win away from home if we had 12 men!

My view on this Matt was you don?t change a winning team especially prior to a two week break. Wallace should not start as clearly he?s not good enough - coming on later then fine!
Collyer was not Mason?s fault as he needed to start but disappointed. Price been crap for a while now so needs a break!
We were shocking first half and for me Mason should have made changes then. Poor when the game was lost at 3-0 our promising Bostock was not brought on until 2 mins from the end. I thought in the 2 minutes Bostock showed what a great player he will be.

Bostock is the future and Wallace is the past and will be gone in June so why not try giving Bostock more minutes over Wallace? Takes a brave decision!

Embarrassing that Wallace is still the captain when he?s on and off the pitch. My idea of a captain is a real leader - someone like Phillips who is a rock and on the pitch every game for 90 minutes.

Too early to really judge Mason but his lack of managerial big decisions is showing. He needs to be more attack minded and the set up today was not that. Look across the road to Coventry and they are scoring goals for fun! Perhaps we need to analyse why? We got away with it at Norwich but let?s face it we were poor and Millwall aren?t exactly anything special.

I don?t honestly mind losing but it?s the way we lose. The Millwall keeper didn?t have one save to make!

Even if there?s two games within a week - start your best side to dictate the game then make changes and rotate when a game is not lost.
