No, but a new manager could play a different formation. From what I've gathered, it seems every hvn and his dog could see that the formation wasn't working but Martin was too stubborn to change it.

A new manager might also just give the place a lift when it's been under a back black could for so long.

Personally, I would much rather it had continued for at least another couple of weeks, if not longer.
