O/T What do you put in your Omlette?

Moving away from footy for a mo, I've just knocked up an omelette and got a little creative.

A three egger no less, I added chestnut mushrooms, diced salad tomatoes not the small piccolo ones, but they are my favourites, and a two generous spoonfuls of finely diced jalapenos. Plus salt and pepper to taste.

What do you add to yours?

Ham and cheese or just cheese.

Used to be a sandwich shop on Kimberworth Road that did omelettes, think it was owned by David Seaman's Mum at one point.

Not a fan of omelettes, but if I had to choose would have to be Lamb y omelette with Mc gherkins a combination that you’d have to try on the right hand hob

Gram flour - more filling - and plenty of chilli with all savoury ones - Oops, was thinking of pancakes, which we have rather than omelette

Coming back to food, the good Lady, Daughter and Mother-in-Law visited The Pondicherry last night. What with me being at the game, I asked her to bring me home a Lamb Methi, a portion of Aloo Gobi and a plain naan. I ate some of it last night.

The point I'm raising is, do you find that a curry dish always tastes better the next day when warmed through again?

For me the spices seemed to have blended more while resting overnight.
