My Guess It will be almost the same deal that Putin asked for previously except rather than Ukraine have to willingly concede even more territory, Russia will except what they have stolen already and allowed to keep it.
Trump will propose all sanctions to be lifted on Russia and welcome them back into the international community.
US will provide a level of security guarantees but only hardware and Europe must buy them. No US military staff.

If I were Zelensky the most important aim is to ensure Ukraine can still have US intelligence and weapons in the numbers they need and be willing to pay.

Russia is on its knees militarily and economically and Putin is now on borrowed time.

Honestly the combined European resources in terms of GDP, wealth, industrial complex dwarfs anything Russia can provide it’s just a matter of determination.

Now Russia is itself a medium size soviet army and Ukraine are a medium size but rapidly expanding Nato army
