From what she is saying, the core bone of contention is that Phillips wants to widen the inquiry whereas victims of the Pakistani grooming gangs want it to be focussed on them.

"Carly"-quite rightly-asks that instead of debating all this in parliament and the media that Starmer actually agrees to meet the 5 women in person to listen to their concerns. Quite right, but good luck with that because we all know how good our PM is at "reading the room" and listening to others.

Starmer is an absolute embarrassment and he?s again in the news giving many millions to - you?ve guessed it! Don?t see the same amount of millions or time with our other communities! Why not throw a few million towards our homeless who are on the streets or better still put them in hotels with three meals a day.

If the victims prefer Phillips to step down then she should and there should be no continued white wash. Phillips comes across to me very hard faced and smug. Starmer backs everyone and we know what happened last time.
