    Matchday Thread: Derby v QPR.

Another side that seems happier away from home than on their own turf. Hopefully Langas can start, imo as captain.
With the exception of the suspended Adams it would be good to see the same side start take up where they left off on Tuesday evening.
Obviously Eustace has to make adjustments in midfield but another second consecutive home win would do wonders for confidence, although I suspect a draw.

I'm going to be positive and predict a win, 2 nil

As rA says QPR are strong away from home and with 10 points from their last 4 matches including a midweek victory on the road they will be well up for it. Throw in our dismal 6 points from 6 home games and only 7 goals scored this will be somewhat more of a challenge than the Canaries.
After Tuesday's win another good result will be a big lift in an otherwise depressing start to the season.
A defeat will be another disappointing setback so, whilst hoping for a 3 pointer, I'll take a
    1-1.

rA "another second consecutive home win..." despite the clear tautology I echo the sentiment, its winnable but sadly that usually seems to mean we wont!

For the sake of confidence, it's a must win game. Need to stop feeling like a relegation side.

    2-1 Rams.

Jeez…and to think you asked recently if I was ‘on the spectrum’!

My point was that it would be both our second home win of the season and a consecutive one. Many apologies Private Pedant. Let’s just stick to the game.

Get all over them like a rash would be my plan but all 3 of our "ratters" are out. 2 injured, 1 suspended.

I fear we'll be overrun in midfield with Ozoh Clarke and ?

…Ward? Or could Nyambe or even Robertson do a more ‘heavyweight’ job there?
