Totally disagree, if all the players missing today are injured then questions have to be asked at how players are getting so many injuries after playing one or two games, how fragile are these footballers? It has to be illness and injuries because if it isn?t Hamshaw needs to take a serious look at himself in the mirror. He would have thrown away momentum but also ?50k, can we afford to treat the cups like we do? Cup runs earn money, it was stated by Newport when they had their cup run a few years back it earned them enough money to keep the club going for 3 seasons!!!. You talk about the league as if we are a top club looking for promotion, we are 15th and haven?t been in the top half for more than 3 weeks in 1.25 seasons. We made no attempt to win that game when they went down to 10 men, we lost a game at home to a L2 team with 10 men, and the manager gets your backing, unbelievable. Some awful decisions by Hamshaw today. The bright points of today were Douglas and Duncan, both were excellent. How is Duncan not in and around the match-day squad, that lad has something and with all the injuries we get and the fact we play 3 CBs every game means we need 4 in every squad you have to have Douglas or Duncan on the bench.

How to kill a good vibe and stall momentum in one afternoon.

To play a seriously under strength team and a bench that most of us had never heard of was unforgiveable

I only hope Hammy comes out and says there is covid in the camp- that is the only rational explanation for that team selection. Otherwise he has disrespected the competition, the opposition, and the fans

We now go into a match against Burton on the back foot, Martha's confidence is now shot to bits and poor Clarke at full back looked distraught after getting stick from the crowd.

    Hugill at centre half?

The feel good factor has disintegrated.
I agree with this 100% it was a cowardly set up and performance.
ItÂ’s arrogance we are not going up so why not give it a proper go.
The game was like MH attempt to clap the supporters who turned up the end pathetic and arrogant.
    Manager totally to blame.

We have a far better chance of getting in the playoffs than we have of getting to the fourth round.

We played without defenders for most of that game. Out of courtesy you would have thought Swindon would have played without strikers, but they didn't.

As I said in the match thread, an absolutely winnable game but we didn't show up. Shocking performances from various regular players, Sherif, Martha, Powell, Gore. Just not good enough from any of them, and against 10 men.

Well done to Swindon, they totally deserved it.

Fuming at the club right now, waste of time going.

    eFfing Abominable Cup strikes again.

Clearly Hammy didn't fancy it, but a trip to WH Lane would have been a nice day out.

Take nothing away from Swindon - they were excellent. Played it out from the back, cut through our midfield with ease, even when down to 10 men, and totally deserved their win.

Hugill and McWilliams would have had more impact on the game if they'd have sat with me in the north stand. Atrocious.

On the plus side; Duncan looks the part, solid and technically sound; Gardner also looked useful up front - particularly when compared to the efforts of Hugill and Sheriff in that position. However, Douglas looks raw - decent in the air but very suspect on the ground.

Another forgettable early exit from the FA Cup.

I'm not into digging out players but for godsake send Jack Holmes out on loan in January or better still, sell him. We should have kept McGuckin before him.

A truly terrible footballer who would be better off cleaning tables in Tesco cafe in Rotherham.
