    Last time this week

John nelms has ripped the heart, soul and spirit from our club by incompetent management and complete arrogance.

Assisted by the ostriches at D4L and DSA.

    Well done Nelmsy.👍

Agree with you but fail to see how any of this lies at the door of the DSA, they are an organisation that is there to help supporters clubs that travel to away matches, and help in the community, I?m unaware of anything that they are to do with Nelms

    They give him legitimacy.

They should have told him to **** off when he played them over D4L ( divide and conquer) they shouldn't have given them that ridiculous photo op a few months back, they shouldn't have said the stadium planning was imminent about a year ago probably because he told them it was.

We have got the gutless club our gutless fans groups deserve, they probably don't even realise the club is now a complete irrelevance in Scottish football.

He's a charlatan and still no one says boo, his boss, the fans groups or the fans.

I honestly believe he's done what two admins couldn't and broke the back of the football club.

Won 8&6 today, match ended 2-2 though.....soaked and if I'd lost 8&6 I still wuda had more fun than sitting at Dens.

Thank **** I don't have the option of going again until Xmas games.

Time for both D4L and DSA to call for change, fair play and gratitude to Tim Keyes for his continued commitment but even his best interests would be better served by a change at the top within the Football Club. If the performance of the current MD isn’t called into question at the next D4L AGM I will be very surprised. If it is they need to commit to a specific course of action - D4L have wasted years in terms of marking time and allowing the core support to shrink in terms of size and belief. If DSA’s remit is as jdfc says away travel and community then they should not allow JN to say he regularly consults the majority of the support via them. They are being used in order to ensure he is not held accountable, I’d challenge anyone disputing criticism of his performance to identify his successes during his tenure.
Now is the time, post Christmas it’s going to be all about the fight for Premiership survival, Season Ticket renewal and potentially backing a new manager.

The key will be to reunite DSA and Dee4Life under a single Dee4Life banner. That won't be easy because the one thing Nelms keeps stating is that DSA represents the majority of the support, we all know that to be a lie but it seems to be something the DSA leadership covet.

Unfortunately I genuinely believe that the DSA honchos are too ingrained with Nelms to do anything without his say so, they're weak and too keen on the titbits they're receiving from him.

DSA can do what JDFC says they do without clinging so tightly to Nelms' coat tails.

No need to open the can of worms that is D4L/DSA amalgamation, potentially time consuming and complex, a simple vote of no confidence in the MD at the D4L AGM with a mandate to seek further opinion amongst the greater D4L membership, DSA member clubs and ultimately the support s a whole is what is required.
Just my own view, any better ideas ?

    That would be a start.

Agree. Dee4life should take action based on their soon to be held AGM. Not necessary to involve DSA.
Word of caution about the actual numbers of posters on this forum and TDB. I haven't counted them but I think 20 on this Forum and even 10 times that number on TDB is still less than 250 which represents less than 6% of our support.

What is the best outcome for DFC? I keep asking myself that? I think putting forward carrots that would give cash for the playing budget, might be worthwhile. Perhaps persuading 1893 Foundation supporters to switch their funding into a different account that could be used for players, and managed by people who would be independent of any influence by FPS.

I think making the point that without a football club there is no need for a new stadium, might make people pay attention.

Be ironic if a hint that United might be interested in ground sharing at Campy, would swing the planning issues in favour.

    Lads,
Enjoyed the chat, much more than I enjoyed the 90 minutes today.
Stayed away for two seasons, back but only on a part time basis.
When the Boy departs I’ll renew, sorry but can’t commit whilst he continues to show the contempt he does for the ordinary punter.
When there’s nobody and nothing to believe in there’s no point - we had a starting start on Hearts, Motherwell, St Mirren and Falkirk and are now miles behind them on so many fronts.
I had my day when nothing else mattered more and the love i had for DFC was unconditional.
It’s an absolute mess and the boy in charge appears to be so severally detached from reality it’s unbelievable.
Longing for the day that the true love I had for DFC returns
Won’t be posting again for the foreseeable, over and out..

D4L AGM will decide if we limp along as a dying club or start the fightback.

    I'll be watching with interest.
