No chance of McInnes sadly, I would take Carrick or OGS. Is there any guarantees? Of course not but unlike Mason both have extensive managerial experience in this tough league, a point to prove, and better contacts than Mason will ever have. They will also command respect due to their playing history which would be a great deal more than a 34 year old chap who has never managed.

If someone comes in - they must get rid of Abella and Morrison who are part of the problem.
