Whose idea was it to build retail units into the stadium obviously with no watertight plan in place for how they would be used? Most of them are still empty more than 13 YEARS after the stadium opened. That's bordering on criminal from a commercial perspective.

I suspect no-one is tasked with this.
Do we actually know if the manager has any say in player recruitment or is this entirely down to Rob Scott and the manager subsequently has to work with what he's given?
This is not uncommon at football clubs nowadays but the manager always pays the price when it fails.
Apparently the CFO is doing a good job so maybe we should look forward to being the tightest run ship in League 2. Exciting times ahead
