There are lots of issues at this club, but MH management is the biggest factor in our results and League Position. Our goalkeeper pulled four great saves off today that could have been four or five.

The substitution at half-time was absolute madness. I assume James got injured with that head clash in the first half, so you have 15 minutes to speak to your players and coaches and the best you come up with is to put a player that is in awful form, that has no physical strength and isn?t even a defender on as a replacement.

His refusal to change the formation at the back until it is too late is exactly the level of stubborness that I was referring to in my post Blackpool comments. Simple safe change was Raggett on, change to a four either Baptiste or Jules left full-back. As soon as we saw that change we said they would score and it come down our left, it isn?t rocket science.

Then after the second goal he lost it totally and just changed things in blind panic. Well down to Josh Ayres really put himself about and won more headers in that game than Hugill has done in the same six or so games. Injuries are a big factor but I bet when he has gone we see a lot more availability from the squad overall.

He would be an improvement but other options include Artel or Woodman (Bromley)

I was going on who is out of work. woodman has done exceptionally well. Not Artell for me as we need to get away from the previous club connection.

Fair point but I think Artell has put in the graft and has a fair amount of experience. As I?ve said before, TS hasn?t got the mental capacity to work with a young manager so some experience is *****. Assuming that TS is going to stay that is.

    Make it happen Mr Stewart.
You've had some bad luck with appointments

Bad luck with appointments? TS hasn't got a clue, look at his record.
People want MH gone which is fair enough but expecting TS to make a good appointment to replace him is hilarious

I doubt TS is about to make any appointment right now.

It may just be hearsay, but I heard at the game today that we're still paying off Taylor, Richardson and Evans, and the club owe ASD Lighting 7 million squids.

I suspect the coffers are empty.

I wouldn't be surprised......and they are just the most recent examples of TS's appointment successes.
