It'll take a hell of a lot of trumpet blowing/negotiating skills to persuade someone to come to Rotherham, a town on it's uppers with a football team in the L1 relegation zone and on a 6 game losing streak. The point I?m making is that there will only be a finite amount of players available to us in this window, we are not likely to sign anybody other than loans, the ones who are readily available have probably mostly gone now ? The rest will have to be prised from other clubs with attractive loan arrangements, so yes it?s definitely a numbers game and Doncaster and Chesterfield are two of our competitors who have snapped up players from a diminishing pool of players.
