    Significant #wba news as President & sporting director Andrew Nestor considers future amid friction with board over club strategy.

    Nestor has not been visible since Ryan Mason's departure & is frustrated at board's change of direction + squad planning strategy, having rebuilt team over previous 3 windows to eradicate the club's precarious P&S position with squad designed to play a specific style and formation. Raised big concerns to board around sporting changes, particularly Head Coach recruitment.

    Interesting and hopefully productive.
    I?m not sure whether the press suggestion is that Patel appointed Ramsey ? I thought it was Nestor ?
    More confusion, which will not help our predicament.

    West Brom president Andrew Nestor has left the club, Shilen Patel looking to get a replacement in as soon as next week.

    reported earlier he was considering his future but we can confirm he has left his position. #wba
