JG is slowly strangling the side to death and beyond. This constant 3 at the back simply doesnt work with the crew he has. SCH and KK are so slow they are turned easily and other sides know it, it exposes one central defender then to mark several players. Why persist when it doesnt work. he is killing the spirit of each and every player................
