    Charlton v Portsmouth

Big match tonight and hope Charlton win. I can see Blackburn and Leicester getting out of it with new managers. Good manager appointment for Blackburn and Rowett is a good choice if Leicester get him.

Charlton and the Oxford match will define our season. Failure to take at least 4 points from the next three games surely must be a one way ticket on American?

If or when our Chairman reacts it might be all too late

You are right Bomber! Lose v Coventry and Charlton will become a must win! Worrying how Blackburn and Leicester will have experienced managers too! I bet Patel will be keeping a distance and the opposite should happen!

You watch Swift score tonight 😅

The ironic thing is from when I've watched these two, admittedly a limited amount of times, Portsmouth look a better side than Charlton. I'd be happy with a draw, we need to suck in as many teams as possible and Charlton could still be dragged down with us.

To be honest, we need to forget other teams and start winning football matches ourselves. If we do that, it will not matter what the other clubs do. I realise that this is a simplistic approach but it is the only one that will secure our survival, no matter what.

Not long gone in the Charlton match but they ought to be at least one up already, Portsmouth look poor.

What did I say? Portsmouth have just scored, thanks primarily to dreadful goalkeeping by the Charlton ‘keeper.
