Let’s be perfectly honest, under Mason we were much better than this and surely Ramsay must shoulder the blame. As I have said before, under Mason we were always in games but under Ramsay that is not the case. If we want to survive we have to bite the bullet and get rid of him.
It's true that the players seemed to want to play for Mason and it's true that we were also better in many of those performances under him than we have been under Ramsay -but does anyone on here really believe that Mason could have turned this lot around and start winning games?

Compared with Coventry, we certainly lack their quality across the pitch -especially so in our attacking movement-but certainly agree with you that this lot can play better. Some of this is selection (Campbell is better than Gilchrist as Johnston is better than Wallace), some of it is lack of confidence and energy/ desire and some of it is simple lack of quality (e.g. our lack of a decent creative midfielder and natural goal scorer). Ramsay can't do much about the last, but he can the first two.

I certainly didn't expect a win today but I did expect more fight, far tighter defending and more attacking intent. We were fortunate that a late goal prevented Leicester from getting all 3 points today and sending us down into the bottom 3 but we are only 1 point above the drop zone. Charlton and Oxford have to be must win games now.
