All down to injuries, but we ignore the fact that injuries at this level is not just bad luck, there are reasons things do not happen without cause. Firstly we do not have all the staff employed at the club needed, yet a COO that has little clue what is going on stays employed. We have a fitness coach that can?t keep players fit, we are told that we didn?t have a data analyst until recently and also that MH and his coaching staff haven?t raised any concerns about the back room staff or the lack of them. Our players get a lot of injuries from just stretching, they are not capable of playing football at his level for 40 plus games a season. Recruitment issues are there and MH takes no accountability for his team, only excuses. Today in the post match we even list Kayode on the absence list a bloke that hasn?t played 10 full games for us since god was a lad. It isn?t all MH fault, players that don?t look after themselves to be available for work, a chairman that wasn?t here when we needed him to take tough decisions. The club is a disaster top to bottom and we deserve to go down because we are not very good, the table doesn?t lie. MH will never be a football manager while ever his has a hole in his **** those that think our situation is only down to injuries are delusional.
