We have a government here in the UK that orders the unlawful arrest of peaceful protesters in our nations capital and still supports a genocidal regime in Palestine.

I don't know exactly why the most vile state on earth gets a free pass from the UK and the US. Even the Germans who were exterminating a whole European (not Semitic) culture of people stand by the very people they were gassing by the million 87 years ago.
