Have you heard the one about a covert pipeline? And the one about snipping the underwater cables?

If I'd heard about the covert pipeline, it wouldn't be covert would it ? Snipping underwater cables is the constant threat of rogue states and terrorists, for whatever reason it doesn't happen much, maybe it's not as easy as it sounds ?
